Please call us whenever you have any of the following questions:

  • Want to know why your Agency has been suspended.
  • Want your commissions report.
  • Want us to increase your exchange rate.
  • Want your exchange rate sheet.
  • Need us to help you prepare your 1099 form.
  • Need marketing material and brand merchandise.
  • Want to track your shipment (merchandise or equipment).
  • Whenever you need to add new users or delete an existing user.
  • Whenever you need additional training.
  • Want to report a robbery.
  • With regard to a complaint.

 

You will also need to submit a letter signed by the Agent for the following:

  • Whenever you request for a copy of your contract.
  • Whenever you request an Agent Verification Letter.
  • If you want to cancel your agency.
  • If you want a temporary suspension of your agency.

All checks are sent within the first five days of the month. If you have not received your check by the 15th, please contact the Agent Solution Center (ASC) toll free at 1-877-787-7760

My equipment is not working (tablet, phone, computer, thermal/laser printer, fax, etc.)
